These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to package forwarding, express shipping, customs clearance assistance, and door-to-door delivery. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 The Company acts as a logistics provider, facilitating the transportation of goods on behalf of customers.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or shipment that does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Company is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipments are processed within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, the Company does not guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
3.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the delivery location. Failed deliveries due to unavailability may result in additional charges.
3.3 The Company does not ship restricted or prohibited items, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, or perishable goods.

4. Customs & Duties

4.1 All shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the Company’s control.
4.2 Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
4.3 The Company will assist with customs clearance but is not liable for delays or confiscation due to regulatory non-compliance.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1 The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless the customer has purchased insurance coverage.
5.2 If insurance is purchased, claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
5.3 The Company’s liability for any shipment is limited to the declared value or the amount covered by the selected insurance plan.

6. Payment & Fees

6.1 All shipping fees must be paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.2 Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in shipment delays or package withholding until payment is received.
6.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions and carrier adjustments.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Refunds will only be issued if a shipment has not yet been processed. Once a package is in transit, cancellations are not permitted.
7.2 In cases of non-delivery due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal of package, etc.), reshipment fees may apply.
7.3 If a shipment is returned due to customs issues or an undeliverable address, the Company is not liable for additional shipping costs.
